Jessica Daman is an immigration attorney with the Rodriguez Immigration Firm in Gwinnett County; she practices family-based immigration and removal defense, and specializes in representing unaccompanied minors and asylum seekers both before the Immigration Court system and the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. Jessica graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2010 and also holds a Master’s Degree in Latin American Literature from UGA. Prior to joining the Rodriguez Immigration Firm, Jessica worked at Catholic Charities Atlanta and the Latin American Association, representing low-income and indigent immigrants in their legal cases. Jessica lives in Tucker, GA with her husband and two sons.
