Why do you need to schedule a consultation with an attorney?
If you are facing immigration issues that may require assistance, we highly recommend that you invest in an initial consultation with the immigration attorney. The purpose of the initial consultation is to give you the opportunity to have an immigration attorney thoroughly review your specific situation to determine the available and best course of action for your case. The initial consultation will also help us determine and provide you with an honest assessment of your case as well as the likelihood of success before you retain our services. You will be provided a quote with the total legal fees for our firm to handle your case.For your convenience we offer virtual consultations.

You may also call at a later time and leave a message with the best time to reach you so we can schedule your appointment. A member of our staff will schedule an appointment for you to consult with the attorney by telephone and we will call you at the agreed upon time.You will meet with an Attorney during your initial consultation

The consultation fee includes meeting with the attorney for approximately 45 mins. In most cases, the attorney can analyze your legal options and determine what relief is available within that time.

Rodriguez Immigration Firm, LLC accepts legal fee payments by cash, personal check, Zelle, or credit card. For telephone consultations, payment must be made by credit card or Zelle at the time of consultation.
24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
Please call our office at (404) 263-4660 to cancel any appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Canceling your appointment with reasonable notice allows us to offer this appointment to someone else who may need to be seen right away. We do not overbook to compensate for “no show” appointments. We can keep an optimal schedule only if you keep or cancel appointments as requested. This allows for a time efficient encounter for both the client and the attorney. We understand that issues may arise – after a no show appointments are required to pay for the next consultation at the time of scheduling.
