Lino R. Rodriguez Jr. is a native of Cuba and grew up in the metro-Atlanta area. He earned his Bachelor and Juris Doctorate degrees from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA.

Lino began working as an attorney with Catholic Charities, Atlanta where he represented indigent clients in immigration matters. He later moved to private practice and opened Rodriguez Immigration Firm in 2011.

Since 2006 Lino has represented individuals in matters before the US immigration agencies and immigration courts. Lino has dedicated his entire legal career to representing our immigrant communities.

Lino is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the GA-AL AILA Chapter. He has served on various committees for the GA-AL AILA chapter since 2010. He is a frequent speaker at local and national conferences as well as an instructor and panelist for numerous legal workshops. Lino has been giving “Know Your Rights” seminars to the metro-Atlanta community since 2006. He has served on the Board of Directors for non-profit organizations including The Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN) and Culture Connect, Inc.
