I really can't praise Lino and his team enough. After going through a Green Card application which was denied by USCIS with another firm I reached out to Rodriguez Immigration Firm. The application process was simple and just required me filling in a simple forms on the firm portal. The filing was done in January 2022 and I am happy to say I received my Green Card in July 2022. It is a very daunting task applying for permanent residency. There seems to be a mountain of paperwork to fill out and evidence to provide. I was very thankful to have Lino as my attorney. In the year of 2018 my husband was able to come back to the USA, after 3 years that he had been given Voluntary Departure. I'm writing this review to share a wonderful and successful immigration story made possible by the Rodriguez Immigration Firm. I met my now-husband when he was undocumented. Nothing was going to keep us apart, not even this daunting and very scary situation. Fortunately, Lino is someone I knew from school so I knew I could trust him. There are so many immigration lawyers out there and some aren't trustworthy but you find out when it is too late. Anyway, after I got married we were eager to pay the consultation fee to get a one-on-one consult from Lino for our specific situation. This is a normal practice for any law firm. During the consultation we asked any and all questions that concerned us about our situation and he was very forthcoming with info and helpful. We felt so much better knowing legitimate answers to our worries. His fees are also very reasonable, and he will give you the list of fees at that consultation. Our case took a bit over 2 years to resolve (in the middle of the Trump immigration policies - so scary) but we were in good hands with RIF. RIF staff are responsive and thorough. We worked with Paul and Jessica and they were both highly competent and communicative. We could ask any questions and everyone was helpful. My husband's home country is not Latin American but the expertise and knowledge was impeccable anyway. I'm happy to share that the entire process was smooth and my husband is a legal resident today. We did not have to appeal any decisions as they were all approved even the i-601-a of you are familiar with that one. I attribute this success to RIF and their guidance through the whole process.
